I offer virtual training exclusively and serve clients nationwide from my location in Fort Worth, TX. My rates are listed at the end of my introduction. As a certified personal trainer and health coach, my aim is to empower busy women to live happier and healthier lives through exercise and nutrition. I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in weight loss, women's fitness, exercise nutrition, and personal training, as well as TRX and kettle bell training.
My approach focuses on overall wellness, including body composition, stress management, pain reduction, sleep, and health. I customize each workout and dietary plan according to the client's unique needs and goals. My philosophy is to create long-lasting changes and flexibility in diet while ensuring that clients have the knowledge and tools to live their best life.
