The star of the show was Global Chefz Catering! I am extremely grateful to Chef Wayne and his team for their exceptional food and service at my baby shower. Even after two weeks, everyone is still raving about the scrumptious food. Chef Wayne brought to life my vision of a Caribbean-Southern Brunch theme with his delectable Shrimp and Grits, Ackee and salt fish, and more. The presentation of the food was impeccable, and he even went above and beyond by making us a delicious rum punch. The anniversary dinner my parents had was truly spectacular! Chef Wayne's culinary skills exceeded all our expectations and we're eagerly looking forward to having him cater our next event. The quality of food was absolutely superb! I highly recommended booking him without any reservations.

At my wedding, Chef Wayne and his catering team exceeded my expectations! He worked tirelessly to accommodate our budget, resulting in a diverse menu that fulfilled all of our wishes. The food was absolutely scrumptious, with guests raving about both the dinner and dessert choices, as well as the beverages.
Even those who are hard to please were delighted, with several individuals taking seconds from the buffet-style serving. In fact, there was enough food to have leftovers! I also want to commend the bartender, Unique, and decorator, Suzette, who did an amazing job setting up our venue with my desired decor- I was thoroughly impressed!
The servers were also exceptional, fitting right in and showing confidence in their duties. Our guests couldn't help but compliment the bartender, praising him for making excellent drinks and showing unparalleled friendliness. Without a doubt, Chef Wayne and his team were the best vendors we had, and each team member was top-notch and amiable. Bravo to all involved!

At the last minute, I engaged the services of Chef Wayne for a small gathering organized to celebrate my husband's birthday. I found him very easy to book and to my surprise, he provided me with a menu on the same day I contacted him. His charges were also quite affordable. Throughout the evening, we were impressed by the delectable meals he prepared. He came with an assistant and server who were both courteous. Remarkably, they tidied up the kitchen so well after the event that you wouldn't even have known that they had been there. I will certainly consider hiring Chef Wayne for any future events and recommend him to my family and friends.
