With more than 25 years of experience in repairing, replacing, and installing glass, as well as mirrors and shower enclosures, I opened Glass Responders in 2021 to provide services to the counties of Anderson, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg, and Laurens for both residential and commercial projects. Although we do not handle auto glass or window pressure washing tasks, we are a family and first responder-owned business that prioritizes our customers' satisfaction. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, competitive pricing, price-matching or beating, and flawless installation for all glass-related needs. The Glass Responders arrived, evaluated the window, and issued a quote, insisting on receiving half of the payment in advance. I complied and have since made multiple inquiries regarding the expected completion date of the job, but to no avail.

My ideal improvements to work quality would include punctuality, professionalism, responsiveness, and value. As a new homeowner, I required a sidelight replacement due to seal loosening in the panes. Dennis, the owner, and his team provided outstanding service from initial contact to final installation. Both onsite and in the office, they were always clear about what they would do, when they would do it, and the cost. The invoicing and payment processes were also seamless. The only downside is that their company focuses on glass repair and installation exclusively, as I would love to hire them for other tasks. However, I will not hesitate to contact them for all future glass work.
