On multiple occasions, Roger has performed outstandingly in our projects. Together with us, he designed and crafted custom glass inserts for our front door, which turned out splendidly. The ribbon glass double panes were well insulated and matched the mid-century vibe of our home. Besides, he carried out a specialized installation of a dog door onto a full lite storm door and also replaced various screens on casement windows. The service provided by George's was exemplary, with David exhibiting professionalism, politeness, knowledge, and punctuality, while also being attired in appropriate attire. He was responsible for both the quote and the installation, and he patiently answered all my inquiries while remaining on task. In just 20 minutes, he was able to replace the glass, after removing the frame, and proceed with the installation back into the window casing. Over the course of 3 1/2 hours, he effectively worked through 7 windows at a fraction of the cost of a full window replacement. Thanks to the excellent condition of my casings and frames, both were preserved. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have been happier with both the outcome and the staff.
