These days, many people claim to prioritize customers, but few actually put their promises into action. Mark and his team, however, embody this philosophy. I've utilized Glass Doctor of the Gold Country on three separate occasions for my automobile's glass issues, and have always been highly satisfied with their work. However, my most recent experience proved that their commitment to customer satisfaction is more than just a catchphrase. I encountered an issue following a recent windshield installation, and although we all hope for flawless results the first time around, sometimes that's not feasible. When I brought my concern to Mark's attention, he was swift to reply and assured me that the issue would be resolved to my satisfaction. He kept his word without any hesitation. He listened to my concern and acted promptly. Now, the repair work has left me completely satisfied, and I appreciate the way everything was handled. I will continue to entrust Glass Doctor of the Gold Country with all my future repairs - that's the greatest endorsement I can give to any business.

My windshield got replaced last year, but this year I caught a chip early and Glass Doctor was able to repair it for me. I requested an earlier appointment, and their office staff kindly accommodated my request. They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. For years, I've relied on this establishment to fix multiple windshields and countless chip repairs as my cars have changed over time. Despite living in Sacramento, I'm willing to make the trek to Jackson just for rock chips - that's how exceptional their service is. Recently, I had to replace a windshield due to an unfortunate encounter with a walnut, but the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Plus, discovering a can of glass cleaner on my front seat is always a delightful surprise. Although some may offer cheaper options, their warranty and overall commitment to their work makes them the better choice. While I look forward to my next visit, I hope it's not too soon - I'll be staying away from orchards for a while!

We had an attempted break-in on our RV and required a replacement sliding window pane. Although the project was delivered with professionalism and success, we faced several delays in scheduling our appointments. We suggest that there is room for improvement in estimating their visiting times. While a four-hour window is reasonable, being outside of the agreed time window multiple times is unreasonable in our experience.

I was able to secure a prompt appointment and was kindly given a ride home after dropping off my car. Additionally, my windows were immaculately cleaned and the staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my glass-related concerns.
