Upon the first visit from the consultant, it was evident that Gary was the ideal candidate for our project. Despite receiving other, lower bids, we ultimately chose Gary out of the five we received. He guaranteed that the kitchen would be remodelled within three to four weeks and laid out a plan to replace the countertops, paint the cabinets, and install a new hood and dash microwave after removing the existing microwave. Additionally, the old carpet and tile, adding up to 2400 sq ft, would be taken out, replaced entirely with dark Vinyl plank flooring. All four of the bathrooms were demolished, with three full walk-in showers and a luxurious, tub-adorned "resort bathroom" replacing them. We've already scheduled Gary to come back in February to create a custom outdoor kitchen, complete with a pizza oven and BBQ. We called the referrals that Gary provided, two of which helped us feel certain in our decision to hire him, given they had experienced similar satisfaction with his work in the past. Incredibly, our renovation was completed ahead of schedule, just three weeks after Gary's team started. The projected cost estimate, too, was relatively accurate, although we did make some minor changes here and there that added on some more cost to the overall project. We were thrilled that the team followed our instructions to a T and even impressed by their attention to detail, consistently cleaning up every day. We're grateful for the professionalism shown by Gary, the foreman, and the rest of the team, especially given our past experiences with other renovation companies leaving us high and dry.
