In my home, Giovanny conducted a repair of the brickwork. He arrived punctually, completed the job flawlessly, charged a justifiable price, and afterwards tidied up well. The brickwork now appears so seamless that it looks as though it never required any remedying. I would definitely endorse his services.

Giovanny provided us with a quote for repairing a damaged front step and presented us with two solutions to choose from, which was greatly appreciated. The repairs were carried out efficiently and to a high standard. We would certainly enlist his services again!

My basement pointing project was excellently executed by Giovanny. My new house was renovated recently, but it was originally built in 1892 and needed foundation/structural work. The previous owners had focused more on cosmetic changes, resulting in a relatively crumbling brick foundation with some missing bricks. Giovanny estimated that the pointing work had not been done for around 15 years. There was an additional layer of paint over the bricks which required scraping before he could begin the pointing. Apart from this, I also needed the base of my front steps to be filled and smoothed out as well as a significant crack in the outdoor concrete stairs where they met the house to be fixed. Although another CrackerJack pro had provided a quote, Giovanny's price was much more reasonable, and he finished the job in two days while demonstrating punctuality and professionalism. The only opportunity for improvement was in the cleaning up after the work, which I had to request Giovanny to do. As he had not come with any cleaning supplies, he couldn't pick everything up, but I appreciated his efforts. Giovanny deserves five stars for his impressive work, fair price, and exceptional quality. I'll hire him again for any future masonry work.

Giovanny was contracted to replace our front porch steps, pave a large sidewalk area and remove asphalt from the driveway for installation of concrete. Additionally, he worked on Belgian Block work in our garden areas. Despite the high cost, we are extremely satisfied with the final outcome. Giovanni and his team showed up early every day, including a Saturday, and completed the entire project in just ten days (minus one day due to rain). They were diligent, hardworking and skilled in their craft. Moreover, they made sure to clean up after themselves each day, for which we were very appreciative. We will share pictures of our front railings and columns once they are reinstalled. Our neighbors have already given us numerous compliments, and we highly recommend Giovanny for any masonry work you may need.

The concrete foundation damaged by water was expertly fixed by a highly professional and friendly individual who offered fair pricing. Impressive attention to detail was demonstrated and I am confident in hiring their services again. An exceptional rating of A++++++++ is well-deserved.
