What an incredible experience! I found myself in need of two cakes for my son's 5th birthday at the last minute and reached out to Gingerly Baked with little hope. To my surprise, she was incredibly kind and prompt in her responses. With her extensive help, we finalized the cake design and flavors. On the scheduled date and time, I picked up both cakes which were absolutely delicious and beautifully-presented. The cake intended for my son's school received numerous compliments and was adored by all the children. Needless to say, my son was thrilled with his birthday cake. The young lady did an incredible job! She perfectly captured all the details my daughter wanted in her dream cake. When my daughter first saw the cake, she gasped and exclaimed, "Mom, it's exactly what I wanted!" Not only did this talented individual come to our rescue when no other vendor was available, but she also demonstrated excellent project management skills.

Sam is truly incredible! When it comes to my bakery needs, she's the only one I trust. She has delivered amazing cakes for my baby shower, my sons' first, second, and third birthday parties, and every time, she has exceeded my expectations. Working with her is a breeze, and she is always accommodating, especially when it comes to my son's lactose intolerance. Her dairy-free recipes are so delicious that people are always surprised when I tell them. Not only are her cakes and icing always scrumptious, but her artistic and creative skills are also top-notch. Sam, thank you so much for making our precious moments even sweeter!

My brother's birthday was coming up in St Louis and we urgently needed a cake. After placing my order, she promptly delivered a stunning cake within a few days. To our surprise, the bourbon cream icing was absolutely scrumptious! The balance between saltiness and sweetness was on point, and everyone loved it.

It's impossible to exaggerate how fantastic it is to work with Samantha. Not only does she remove all the stress surrounding wedding planning, but her cakes are absolutely delicious.
