As a child, I wasn't particularly physically active. Instead, I spent most of my time indoors reading and studying. It wasn't until I was in college that I realized the importance of fitness. However, as a novice who had never been to a gym or played any sports, stepping into a fitness center felt overwhelming.
As a Kinesiology-educated Personal Trainer, I empathize with clients who feel intimidated by fitness regimens. My mission is to motivate, educate and guide you so that you can reach your fitness potential.
I understand that finding balance between life and fitness can be challenging. That's why I aim to develop long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure they retain the necessary knowledge and motivation even after working with me. My ultimate goal is to encourage as many people as possible to stay active and achieve their fitness aspirations.
I operate from a private studio, which I believe is a perfect setting for clients who might feel self-conscious about exercising in front of others. My focus is to cultivate your self-confidence and provide you with indispensable tools that will help you meet your fitness objectives.
