As someone who has devoted countless hours caring for others, it's time to prioritize your own self-care. My specialty lies in guiding individuals who are ready to refocus their energy on improving their physical and mental wellness.

As a certified and insured Personal Trainer, Yoga and Tai Chi Chuan, Reiki Healer, I have over 12 years of experience across Brazil, Canada, and the U.S.A. My goal is to assist you in exercising properly to prevent injuries, making conscious decisions regarding your diet, enhancing your posture, and breaking free from any pain you might be experiencing.

My approach to fitness is holistic, and I understand that no two individuals are the same. I believe in getting in shape through responsible and efficient means that respect your unique needs and individuality. I specialize in weight training, TRX, functional training, HIIT, private yoga and Tai Chi Chuan, nutrition plans, online programs, and Reiki healing.
