With over 30 years of experience in dancing and teaching movement, I am a professional musical theatre actress. In 2016, I completed my Comprehensively certification at Core Pilates in NYC, with 600 hours of training. I have taught Pilates and Barre classes for private, small group, and large groups, and possess considerable expertise in the area. My classes are filled with laughter and joy, as I aim to make every session fun. I believe in making fitness enjoyable, even if it means enduring a bit of agony. Anyone is welcome to join my classes, regardless of their fitness levels. Additionally, I hold accreditation from Active Motion Bar and Barre Method.
