Greetings! I'm J. Lee, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with over four years of experience specializing in developing tailored regimens for weight loss, strength/resistance training, and conditioning goals. Our clientele has a diverse range, including nationally ranked youth athletes, college students, and medical professionals.

Some of our clients' achievements include:

1) Losing 10-40+ pounds of weight!
2) Earning acclaimed awards in nationally recognized sports.

Our pricing options are as follows:

- Four sessions for $320 ($80 per session).
- Eight sessions for $600 ($75 per session).
- Twelve sessions for $840 ($70 per session).
- Twenty-four sessions for $1500 ($62.50 per session).

At present, we have a LIMITED-TIME offer for $60 OFF on our 12-session package, making it $780 ($65 per session)!

Ghost Fitness Training is amazing. They took the time to inquire about my fitness goals and needs without being pushy when I requested information. The in-home personalized training program is reasonably priced. I appreciate Coach Kevin, who motivates me to strive for greatness. He deviates from the standard training routine to design a program tailored to me. I plan on continuing my training with Ghost Fitness for several months, and I strongly urge you to give them a chance, especially with Coach K as your trainer.

I was given the chance to accompany my spouse, who has been training with Ghost training for a few weeks now. I have been able to observe significant progress and development in my partner, despite their struggles with Parkinson's disease, ever since they started training with J. I strongly recommend this program to those who want to enhance their physical abilities, slim down, bring life back into their workout regime, and experience the most splendid scenery imaginable as the sessions are conducted in a park with a stunning view. J serves as an excellent motivator, influences positive attitudes, offers support, and displays great insight in training and physical fitness. The time spent flew by, and the session was not only enjoyable but also challenging. J Lee provided an exceptional training session that I highly recommend. He was engaging, attentive to our physical needs and limitations, and successfully modified our fitness routine.
