For more than three decades, I have immersed myself in the worlds of fitness and martial arts. My honed skills have earned me an array of belts in various disciplines, and I am equally committed to strength and conditioning through weightlifting and grueling obstacle races like Tough Mudders and Spartan Races.
Currently, I lead three classes at two different martial arts studios, while also pursuing my Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). As a highly accomplished martial artist, my top priority is to help others realize their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. With a reputation for impeccable character, anyone who knows me can attest to this.

As a father to four kids, my eldest son was falling victim to bullying and I knew he needed self-defense training that would also teach him to defend himself without provoking any attacks. Chan has been giving my two children private kickboxing lessons in our home to help build their confidence and make exercise more enjoyable for them. Thanks to Chan's engaging teaching style, my children have come out of their shells and I often hear laughter during their lessons. Chan ensures that his lessons are not only fun, but also beneficial by teaching the kids valuable skills to defend themselves such as punching, kicking, and blocking.
