Brandon and his exceptional team - Chris and Charlie, have my endless gratitude! I must admit that my unconventional requests might have driven Brandon crazy, but he never once hesitated to help me out. Originally, I was expecting a 2.5-hour loading and drop off timeline, but a few days before the move, I requested the team to collect a couch for me.
