With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have worked with a diverse range of clients in health and fitness, including personal training, team training, virtual training, and post-physical therapy program design. My specialties include weight loss, functional training, strength training, circuit-style training, abdominal work, and lower back pain. There is no better feeling than aiding someone in reaching their goals, and I have been fortunate to witness many individuals' transformations. The best duo hands down is Jeremiah and Jess. My decision to participate in their virtual training program has been life-changing for the past 2 months. Jeremiah's warm reception into the program was impressive, and I was quickly drawn to Jess as my trainer. They are highly adaptable and make sure that my workouts cater to my preferences.
