Collaborating with Adam was an excellent encounter. He demonstrated an eagerness to deliberate on the project with me and aided in implementing a modification. Our recently constructed patio section is highly admired. We would not hesitate to enlist their services once more.

Although we opted for a wood deck rather than the paver type patio deck that Adam proposed, we were appreciative of his efforts to win us over as customers. Not only did he visit our home to discuss our ideas, but he also presented us with 3D renderings of his concept. Ultimately, however, Adam wasn't the right choice for us since his specialty wasn't aligned with the type of work we needed.

Adam, the proprietor of "Geoscaping," swindled me. He convinced me to pay for "materials" ahead of time, and provided detailed plans for our backyard patio to make his pitch more convincing. He was quick to respond and seemed trustworthy, so I wrote him a large check for the initial payment. After five months of waiting, we were left with a disaster in our backyard and no patio to show for it. There were no laborers or materials to be found, and every time I called Adam he had a different excuse. After speaking with his suppliers, I learned that Adam had many outstanding debts and had been cut off from purchasing further. I finally realized that I would never get my money back and had to cancel the project. It was a bitter pill to swallow, but I eventually hired a new team who completed the work in just a month. It was unfortunate that they had to undo Adam's work, as all he had done was obstruct our downspouts with cement, posing a threat to our foundation. Geoscaping is a fraudulent business that should be removed from CrackerJack.

He conducted a thorough review of various alternatives with me, guiding my decision on where I could save money and where I should invest in high-quality materials. His pricing was upfront and he did not charge me a penny more than his original quote. Adam and his team member, Daniel, diligently monitored the project's progress, even on days when the weather was terrible. My yard had an uneven slope that tilted toward the house, but Adam transformed it into a stunning, spacious patio. He even incorporated a waterfall feature which has become my yard's centerpiece. Working with Adam was a pleasure because he is patient and flexible. Whenever I had any questions or changes, he would re-examine the options with me. All he desired was for me to be happy with the end product, and I absolutely am! I'm excited to complete the landscaping surrounding the patio and waterfall. I've attached some before-and-after photos to illustrate the transformation.

Our basement now has a simple pump and basin, thanks to the fantastic job Adam and Daniel did. Their responses were timely, their pricing fair, and the workmanship they displayed was stellar. Their expertise was evident and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
