I submitted a request for a quote concerning my washing machine and a technician was sent to assess the problem. Unfortunately, the issue was misdiagnosed. Upon conducting my own research, I contacted your company and disclosed the incorrect diagnosis. I suggested that I would acquire the necessary part and request for your technician to install it. However, I have yet to receive a response. Although the part has arrived, I have contacted your company once more- this time to request a refund for the previous visit- but have received no reply. This is unacceptable service.
