Originally from California, he worked as a design lead at Ethan Allen before establishing his own studio in the Middle East. His design style and range of home accessories are recognized as industry-leading throughout the region. In his latest venture, The Atelier, George brings his exclusive design creations to clients worldwide, including Southern California.

As an Interior Designer, I believe creativity is about experimentation, growth, taking risks, breaking rules, and having fun. Seeking new materials, palettes, brands, and unexpected elements is a passion of mine. My brand, House of Design by Mr. G, has evolved from a wish to a dream, to a Design Studio, and finally to The Atelier. Today, we serve commercial and residential clients globally, including in my ancestral country, Panama.

George is definitely someone you should hire! I was pregnant for seven months and hadn't even started on the nursery when my husband suggested we look for an interior designer. I was overwhelmed and stressed out, but then George reached out to me and we hit it off right away. After meeting my husband and I and understanding our vision, he presented an amazing concept that totally won me over. Over the course of two months, George and his team delivered on everything they promised. When my baby girl arrived, walking into that nursery became my absolute favorite part of the house. George is not only great at what he does, but he also communicates really well. He stayed within my budget and gave me realistic recommendations that helped make the design even better. I don't usually leave reviews, but George truly is fantastic. Look no further - give his firm a call and you won't be sorry!

Initially, George put forth a professional image by responding promptly to our request for information and scheduling an in-person consultation efficiently. However, it quickly became apparent that he was indifferent to our set budget, our interests, and providing practical solutions. Despite convincing us on how he and his team would deliver the service we required, we paid the consultation fee, and purchased two supply elements from his company, marked up ridiculously. When presented with the labor costs, they exceeded our initial budget by a considerable margin. We were left feeling extremely disappointed and cannot recommend his services.

Working with George was truly exceptional. When my high school daughter expressed her desire for a traditional European-style bedroom, I was stumped.
