The cleaning service was helpful in quickly cleaning and organizing my house, including my daughter's particularly messy room. They even managed to tighten the knob on my shower head, which was causing me trouble. Overall, they did a good job, but I did notice that they forgot to mop the kitchen. I made sure to step outside and give them space to do it properly, but they only spot cleaned instead. Another issue was that they used my neighbor's trash cans, despite me telling them that mine were behind my car. When I asked them to remove the trash bags from my neighbor's container, they said they would but didn't follow through. In the end, I had to do it myself. Despite these issues, the house was clean and the kitchen counter was wiped down. I would give them a 3.5-star rating, as not mopping the kitchen and the trash issue were significant. I have used another cleaning service before that did a better job for a similar price. The cleaning service was also two hours late, which required me to take time off work. I understand things happen, but it's important to do better next time. Thank you for cleaning the rest of the house.
