Initially, Hiram demonstrated great responsiveness when I reached out to him. He displayed professionalism while swapping out my knob thermostats with digital ones for my electric baseboard heaters. However, I ran into an issue later that night at around 7pm when one of the thermostats failed to reduce the temperature.
