Geaux Play was established in 2011, after working in a variety of fitness industries in Birmingham, including teaching while in college. Witnessing clients become healthier, stronger, more confident, and enjoying the workout experience is truly fulfilling for me. At Geaux Play, our instructors are outstanding and genuinely invested in supporting you on your fitness journey.
