Elmer is absolutely amazing! I simply cannot express enough how impressed I am with his work. He offered us an honest and competitive price and was incredibly accommodating as we added more work to the job. Despite living four hours away in Charlotte, NC, Elmer personally made multiple trips to lowes to purchase materials for the job, which saved us a significant amount of time. He handled the painting of the entire interior of the house, including ceilings, doors, and trim, as well as some exterior flashing and door installation. Additionally, he installed LVP flooring throughout the entire downstairs. Elmer's honesty was on full display when he left us with the excess flooring that we had mistakenly ordered- he could have easily taken it, but instead left it for us to return. He also insisted on collecting his final payment in person, demonstrating his pride in his work and excitement to show us the results. Overall, Elmer did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend him more highly!
