I reached out to your company on March 1st with a picture for my project, and you scheduled a meeting for March 7th at 10:30. However, on March 7th, I had to remind you about our meeting. Disappointingly, you texted me that "your minimum project is $5000", without first seeing the project or informing me in advance. This caused me to waste my time waiting for you, which is not professional.

My significant other and I were indecisive on whether to choose a Countertop backsplash or tile for our kitchen backsplash. We contacted several companies to evaluate our options and cost. GBU was among them and proposed a tile backsplash that would stand out since the colors did not match the existing countertop.
