Jeff exceeded all expectations with his exceptional work ethic. He arrived punctually and expediently attached the mic to my husband before reciting our anonymous vows. His attentiveness astounded me as he didn't miss a single significant moment that I had requested. Jeff was a pleasure to collaborate with, promptly responding to my emails within 48 hours. His familiarity with the location and timeline was impressive. Within three weeks after the nuptials, Jeff delivered the fantastic videos. Upon viewing them, tears streamed down my face. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with! I discovered him on CrackerJack and he stood out as one of the few individuals who actually responded to my request for videography services. I'm thrilled that he did because he produced an outstanding video at a very reasonable cost. Jeff was highly professional and efficient in our email correspondence in the lead-up to the wedding. On the day of the event, he was extremely adaptable and easy to work with. Even when I neglected to inform him about the snowy conditions, he never complained and cheerfully trekked through the snow with my husband and me during our portrait session. Additionally, he demonstrated exceptional patience as I debated over which songs to use for our video, never once pressuring me for a decision. I felt greatly appreciated as a client. Overall, I'm exceptionally satisfied with his work, and I will undoubtedly engage Jeff again if I require videography services in the future. The only downside was that due to our wedding's busy nature, my husband and I didn't have enough time to spend chatting with Jeff and expressing our gratitude to him in person!
