We engaged the services of Garrison Plumbing to provide consultation and execute the relocation of our washer box and ice-maker, as well as replace our conventional water heater with a tankless model. Our goal was to free up more space in our kitchen by moving the washer box to the garage, re-positioning the refrigerator, and installing a more energy-efficient water heater. Throughout the project, the technicians always showed up on time and maintained prompt communication regarding the next steps, resulting in a seamless process. They also conducted a thorough water pressure check and were always available to answer any questions. We were pleasantly surprised when they identified a gas leak in the attic stemming from an earlier HVAC system update, which they promptly addressed, and we couldn't be more grateful. The technicians exhibited a high degree of professionalism and a ‘can-do’ attitude, and we would highly recommend their services.

Garrison's technician, Tyler, arrived promptly and competently assessed our laundry connections. He proceeded to replace the existing box with a brand new one to facilitate the washer's drainage. The quality of the work done and the professional demeanor that Tyler displayed undoubtedly impressed me. I will certainly seek Garrison's services for future projects.

Last year, amidst the chaotic ice storm in Texas, Tyler stepped in and replaced our PRV. Throughout the ordeal, he remained highly responsive over email and managed to finish the installation promptly.

Posting this review a little late, but it's better late than never. I had Garrison install new toilets twice, and their work was exceptional. They installed modern one-piece toilets in each of our three bathrooms, and we're thrilled with the outcome. They worked quickly and effectively, maintaining cleanliness in their work areas, while ensuring they disposed of product packaging and old toilets. Since completion, we've encountered no complications with their work in the past 8-9 months, and we'll undoubtedly use them for any future plumbing requirements. Although they're a tad more expensive than other plumbers I received quotes from, I believe it's justifiable to incur the additional cost when it concerns plumbing, primarily involving upstairs plumbing.

Garrison was employed to perform toilet flange fixing and installation, and their work was exceptional. We intend to engage them for future requirements.
