I couldn't have asked for a better tutor than Mrs. Spangler! She not only saved my college calculus grade, but also my sanity. During our weekly one hour sessions, she patiently guided me through my homework and practice tests, while encouraging me to think critically about each problem. Her teaching approach was so effective that I gained more understanding in those sessions than in four hours of lectures. Mrs. Spangler even recorded our meetings, allowing me to revisit and review them at my convenience. Additionally, she provided me with additional learning resources. My child, who is 13 years old, was struggling in his honors algebra class. Initially, when he found out that I arranged for him to have a tutor, he was hesitant about it. However, after having six tutoring sessions with Mrs. Spangler thus far, he appears to be excited about working with her. I have observed that he actively participates in and accomplishes tasks during their sessions. Given that my child does not particularly enjoy school at his age, seeing him enjoy math again is a significant accomplishment!
