As an investor and builder, I am currently renovating an upscale craftsman home located in the M-Streets area. I enlisted the services of Rosalio to handle the sheetrock hanging, taping, bedding, and texturing for the entire four-bedroom, three-bathroom house. The project involved hanging over 150 sheets, measuring 4'x12', along with over 40 mold-tough sheets measuring 4'x8', and around 30 durock sheets measuring 3x5'. The job was completed in three days for the hanging and four days for the taping, bedding, and texturing. Rosalio and his team were professional, and we experienced no issues working together. Gamez Drywall and Repair successfully installed a new ceiling and replaced all of the walls in my bathroom. I was delighted with the service as they went above and beyond to create a "box" for my chandelier to raise it higher which turned out perfectly. They were also able to accommodate a couple of additional drywall projects that came up unexpectedly. In addition, they texturized both the ceiling and walls in the powder room, repaired recently created holes in my dining room ceiling, and installed a panel of drywall behind my upstairs toilet after plumbing had been rerouted.
