They must remove their bio on CrackerJack as they did not provide me with a price for their services and gave my phone number to a scammer. The technician insisted on going on the roof, wasting my time and money when all that was needed was to turn on the breaker. I learned a valuable lesson to always get a price upfront, and was charged $471 at the end for nothing. I contacted the owner who stated he never used this technician before and only wanted to help him out. If they cannot provide a price before starting, then it's best to send them on their way.
