I think that professionals have different work styles. Personally, I prefer to stay focused and avoid starting conversations during my sessions to allow my clients space to relax. By observing and using my intuition, I can identify any issues that the client may be facing. If a problem cannot be solved through massage and energy work alone, I also use active client/therapist reciprocative movements, which always give excellent results. After a session, I enjoy seeing the positive changes in my clients such as pain relief, increased range of motion, or simply a sense of relaxation and stress reduction.
