When he arrived at my home, I informed him of the two pipes that were leaking. Unfortunately, he only had the necessary tools to fix one of them. He promised to return the following day but failed to do so. Later, I learned that he had a family emergency out of town. He assured me that he will get in touch with me once he was back, but he expressed that my location was too far and it would be better to find another person to do the job.
