Jason provided incredible assistance during a time when I truly needed it. From the outset, he was prompt in his response to my request for help. Given that my HVAC system needed to be replaced, Jason proceeded to install a portable air conditioning unit instead. Despite the window kit being advertised as "easy to install," this proved not to be the case. Jason, who had already scheduled work for the day, offered to stop by later on and ultimately arrived early. During his visit, Jason was patient while I tended to my sick cat, remained affordable and professional, and executed a flawless installation of the unit, saving us from an exceedingly hot summer day.
