When renovating a 1920's farmhouse, I hired Jordan from G8 Home Exteriors to investigate water staining. He meticulously assessed the property, employing a drone to inspect the roof. Ultimately, he determined that the water was likely infiltrating the exterior walls due to the previous company's failure to install wrap after removing the old siding. Armed with Jordan's findings, I was able to persuade the other company to install wrap. Shortly after, I discovered a roof leak in one of my barns. I contacted Jordan again, and he promptly repaired the leak and provided me with a timeline for future roof replacement.
