I am truly grateful for Charlie, the manager, who has been a blessing to me. Whenever I have faced air conditioning emergencies or electricity problems, he has promptly contacted the owners to address the situation. He is very responsive and has made life easier for me and my family. Moreover, I must not forget the helpful lady who answered the main service number with courtesy and empathy (although I can't recall her name). It feels great to have reliable support every time I reach out for help.
