Upon arrival, the gentlemen evaluated the circumstance and documented the problem with photographic evidence. They provided us with valuable advice regarding the optimization of our fan's usage to maintain a cool home. Furthermore, they identified and remedied a leak in one of the ventilation ducts. The technician possessed expertise, however, the repair attempt proved to be more expensive than buying a new dryer. Consequently, I had to resort to purchasing a new dryer. Nevertheless, I was able to obtain a refund after cooperating with them.
