Lori's reliability, amiability, and expertise are remarkable. As we embarked on our initial journey after 2019, we were grateful and assured that Lori would handle our senior dog's necessities with care, and indeed, she did. We were immensely thankful for Lori's prompt text updates, often containing delightful images. Lori even shared a snapshot of our pup, Gwen, enjoying Simon & Garfunkel through the Alexa system.

Lori was prompt in responding to messages and arrived on time as promised. She also provided updates and snapshots of the pets, and willingly took care of bringing in the trash and compost bin and watering the plants during hot weather. To top it off, it seemed like she even tidied up the area before leaving. Overall, a great experience with Lori!

Lori demonstrated utmost professionalism when taking care of my cat, Grypphon.
