As a fitness expert with over a decade of experience, I am Isaac Hanks. I have helped countless individuals achieve their health and fitness objectives. My clients come from various age groups, ranging from high-school students to elderly grandmothers. My expertise caters to those recovering from lifelong injuries and those preparing for 5-100 mile runs.
My most significant aspiration is to make fitness a part of your life and encourage you to prioritize your health. To facilitate that, I keep my services reasonably priced. My rates are generally $10-25 an hour cheaper than most independent trainers, despite having five times the experience and expertise. I believe that making a temporary lifestyle change due to financial limitations makes sustainable progress improbable.
Alongside in-person training, I offer remote nutritional coaching. Our 30-minute Zoom session will explore a two-week meal plan based on regular caloric and macronutrient assessments. Coaching is available for clients searching for weight loss, muscle building, sports performance, and general calorie management programs. The cost is $50 per month, which includes two 30-minute calls.
