Since 2001, Fun With Fido has been teaching behavior training, agility, obedience, Rally-O, and service dog training in a fully fenced backyard. Our scientifically proven methods take into account each dog's emotions and individuality. We believe that games make training enjoyable!

Our founder has been competing in dog agility since 2001 and loves the sport. We strive to introduce others to its benefits. Our dogs learn self-control, basic and complex skills, and develop their bodies and brains through the agility training. We also specialize in creating training plans for dogs with behavioral issues, particularly fearful and reactive dogs.

Our team is certified as Pro Dog Trainers through absoluteDogs.

For the past month, Melinda has been coaching me and my terriers. We eagerly anticipate our enjoyable training sessions with her and her friendly dog in her yard. Thanks to Melinda's help, my reactive terriers are making progress. We take things at a steady speed, and Melinda is attentive and provides helpful feedback and encouragement (when deserved, of course!). Our puppy is very intimidated by men and exhibits growling and aggression in their presence. Additionally, he has a general fear of new people. Unfortunately, we were deceived about his behavior prior to bringing him home, but we couldn't give up on him without attempting to help him. We turned to Melinda for guidance, and she has been an absolute blessing. While we've only had one session so far, we're still navigating whether or not we're prepared to commit to the time, emotional, and financial resources required to work with such a fearful dog. However, if we do, we're confident in our decision to work with Melinda due to her unwavering support, extensive knowledge, and willingness to be flexible with our needs.
