As a Navy veteran certified as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Group Fitness Specialist through NASM, I have extensive experience working with F45, Anytime Fitness, and the UFC. I'm also CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.
