FRS undertook the replacement of my roof and two skylights with utmost professionalism and responsiveness. If anything, their promptness was exceptional, as they took up the job even before the scheduled time. However, they duly checked with me before commencing the work. The only hitch was that the skylights that arrived on-site were of the wrong size. Though they fitted one of them (a size larger than required), the other remained uninstalled since it was smaller than the opening. On pointing out the mistake, they took full ownership and assured me of the rectification. Soon after obtaining the correct sized skylights, they installed both of them, including the inside trim, which was commendable on their part. The end product was of exceedingly high quality, and I encourage others to avail their services.

I opted for FRS roofing, impressed by their excellent reviews. I needed repair work done on some missing and cracked siding. They were prompt in assessing the situation and provided a quote on the same day. On the day of the repair, they arrived on time and proceeded with the job. However, there was a size mismatch due to an ordering oversight. They quickly resolved the issue, promising to order the correct size and return to complete the job. Upon their return, they fixed everything effectively and even offered helpful suggestions for future improvements on our siding and windows to ensure better insulation. Without a doubt, I will consider them again for complete vinyl replacements on our house.

FRS roofing performed excellently by replacing the shingles of a small attached shed and basement walkout with rubber materials. Despite taking a little longer than anticipated to start the job, their service was provided at a reasonable cost, and the end result was of high quality. The entire process was also hassle-free since it was contactless. As a bonus, our one-year-old was delighted watching the approachable team demolish the old roof. They ensured that the cleanup procedure was thorough, which was highly appreciated. Without reservation, we would engage their services again.
