I strongly suggest this roofing contractor for emergency roof tarp installations. Their professionalism, proficiency, and quick turnaround time alleviated a lot of stress for me throughout the whole process.

Despite reading a negative review from December, I decided to give the service a chance after they promptly responded to my inquiry and scheduled an estimate visit. At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, I can now confidently say: DON'T TRUST IT!! As others have also stated, they did not show up for the scheduled appointment and failed to provide any communication until we reached out several times. Even then, we were informed that they could not come and could not find a replacement. We had made clear that we do not reside at the building and needed the service this weekend, which had been scheduled far in advance. Unfortunately, the phone operator was unable to offer any assistance, claiming to be only an operator. This was a truly terrible experience and I do not recommend this service.

The company had arranged to visit my property and provide me with an estimate. However, they displayed a lack of concern for their customers by neglecting to notify me of their cancellation via text. When I contacted them on CrackerJack, they did not respond, resulting in a very poor experience. I have no intention of hiring this company.

My encounter with Frontline Roofing was excellent. The personnel were highly skilled and perfectly mirrored the company's principles. It's my pleasure to recommend this company to those seeking honesty and quality. Thank you.
