As our management company continues to grow, we make a yearly assessment of our needs while striving to maintain our original level of service that prioritizes communication and includes a bundle of services to ensure our investors feel like their assets are being taken care of to their own standards. At Frontline, we have many members who are investors themselves, with a range of investments including single family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial assets. Our Residential Division manages single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadraplexes and smaller multi-family communities, while our Commercial Division oversees office complexes, shopping and retail centers, mini-storage and warehouse properties, as well as larger multi-family apartment complexes.
Jay Hartley, MPM®. RMP®, who has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent specializing in rental investments for nearly two decades, leads our team. Jay is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has served as the Fort Worth/Mid Cities Chapter’s President, Treasurer, and Secretary in recent years. He is also a sought-after speaker for multiple Realtors boards and advisory panels, investment training seminars, and nationally syndicated radio programs focused on single family and multi-family real estate investments and property management.

Our experience with Frontline has been wonderful over the past three years. Our manager, Robin, is an absolute gem. She is incredibly responsive and always open and honest with me when I have questions or concerns, even if I contact her after hours. Though we have noticed a high turnover rate with maintenance staff, they have always acted professionally, and we have always felt safe with them in our home. The office staff is excellent at communicating warnings about freezing weather and taking care of our heating/AC units and foundation. However, we did observe that they are no longer reporting rent payments to the credit bureau, but we are not sure if this was a company decision or if it was the decision of a third party that was previously reporting the payments. Regardless, we appreciate that they reported our payments for so long, as that helped to improve our score.

For a duration of three years, I have been a tenant of this establishment, and without exception, my experience has been exceptional. Robin, my property manager, is an invaluable asset and consistently attentive to my needs. Whenever there are any matters that require attention, scheduling maintenance services is hassle-free, and the response time is speedy and effective.
