Improvements are needed in both communication and scheduling. Although an appointment was made, I was asked to change the time, which I agreed to. However, the individual arrived nearly an hour late despite the changes. Upon arrival, he informed me that he needed to retrieve a ladder due to a broken one from his prior job. Although I understood, it took him almost an hour to return with it. Additionally, the task took much longer than anticipated. As I had to leave, he promised to return the next day. The following day, he was tardy. Furthermore, he worked briefly before leaving yet again. I was forced to wait, as his equipment and supplies were still inside my space. After returning, he apologized and explained that he lacked a personal vehicle and relied on his driver. Despite the delays, he performed an exceptional job of cleaning the windows. He removed all tape residue and dirt that had accumulated over years of neglect. They were streak-free and looked exceptionally clear.
