Karen and her team have demonstrated exceptional service, worthy of a 5-star rating! Initially, I was apprehensive about entrusting the care of our 12-year-old Shih Tzu to a new company, but my fear dissipated quickly. Karen and Rita are amazing caregivers, and my dogs adore spending time with them. Working with Karen has been delightful. She promptly responded to our inquiries and scheduled a meet and greet within just five days. Karen has an excellent system in place for boarding dogs and introducing them to her own dogs.
One of our top priorities was receiving regular text updates, and Karen was happy to oblige. We were even treated to some adorable pictures, which put our minds at ease knowing our pups were in capable hands.
Karen's pick up and drop off service was an incredible convenience, especially when preparing for a trip. From my home to hers, Karen's services were also very reasonably priced.
We highly recommend Karen and plan to use her services again in the future.

My three parrots were provided with fresh, perishable food every morning and Karen ensured that the food was removed each evening. Although the food bowls could have been scrubbed more carefully, Karen did a commendable job overall. Unfortunately, dealing with the cage bottoms, which were covered in poop, posed a challenge. We need to work together to find a better solution for future pet-sitting.
