After not receiving a response, I left Froggle Parties a negative review. However, I later realized that I was too hasty. My brother and I were anxious to make sure that my niece had an unforgettable 2nd birthday party. Fortunately, Sage from Froggle reached out to me and we were able to work something out for my niece's celebration, which turned out to be perfect! The party entertainer, Reggie, provided exceptional service, particularly with my niece, who can be a bit difficult. Reggie even took breaks during his performance to give her the attention she needed and was always polite and kind to everyone. He was also able to keep the other children interested and engaged. We plan to book Froggle again next year and would love to have Reggie as the entertainer again if possible. Although I had already tipped Reggie, I felt it was not sufficient enough and will be providing an additional tip today. I apologize for my earlier review and thank everyone involved for making my niece's birthday so special.

Jenna's performance was outstanding. Despite the fact that many kids arrived late or didn't show up, she managed the situation like a true professional. Seamlessly flowing through the event, she entertained the children as they arrived. We sincerely appreciated her flexibility and adaptability throughout the party. We highly recommend Jenna and look forward to working with her again!
