My review is solely based on the professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality of Mr. French. I reached out to him to schedule an appointment for a deck installation in Boerne and he took my call and information while on-site building a deck in Floresville. We agreed to meet on 9/6 at 6:30, and I was impressed that he arrived right on time, dressed professionally. However, before his arrival, I changed my mind about the installation and mistakenly sent a cancellation text to the wrong number. Though he likely drove from Floresville to Boerne in traffic after a long day of work, Mr. French remained professional and understanding at my front door. Based on this experience, I recommend Mr. French and his company.
