For the past five years, I have been engaging different landscaping services to help with tasks like leaf and branch removal, mulching, and weeding. I made an excellent decision to renovate my stoop and stairs, and Manny along with his crew arrived promptly. They assessed the condition of the existing stairs and took care to clear the area without causing damage to the flowerbeds or landscaping. They poured the concrete as per our agreement and stayed on for several hours after completing the job to ensure that the weather wouldn't harm the stairs and that no one would walk on them until they dried. My desire was to remove the grade level deck and replace it with a patio and seating wall. I engaged an architect for a design and conducted extensive research. Next, I requested quotes from three companies. Although all were reputable, Freedom Lawn & Landscape stood above the rest. The crew were hardworking professionals, laying the gravel, wire mesh/rebar, pouring concrete, and laying the flagstones neatly. They allowed concrete and mortar to dry before continuing, building a seating wall with concrete and stone veneers and adding a capstone, and installing a drain tile system along the wall for proper drainage. They cleaned up completely, adding fresh soil and seeds for grass and power washing the patio/seating wall. Manny provided daily updates and communication was exceptional.
