I was unable to utilize the services of this Company as I was uncertain of the man who arrived early without a mask. When I questioned why he wasn't wearing one, I was informed that it was against their company policy. This left me perplexed, and I made sure to clarify my understanding. It didn't make sense to me as they were there to assess and provide a quote, and it seemed irresponsible to put themselves at risk and, more importantly, to endanger others. As a result, I felt that partnering with them would not be a good fit for me.
