I engaged the services of Fred's to carry out a cleaning of my house's dryer vent. They arrived the same day and kept me informed of their expected arrival time, even calling just before they showed up. Their technicians were punctual, amicable, and well-informed. During the service, they discovered that some of the pipe needed to be replaced, which they promptly did along with the cleaning. I found their rates to be very reasonable, and their service was of exceptional quality. Without hesitation, I would recommend them.

Upon confirming my appointment, they were readily available and provided an approximation over the phone which served to eliminate any unforeseen circumstances on the appointment day. Two friendly gentlemen showed up, and although they didn't inspect the chimney or go up the roof, they did an excellent job with the sweep - which was exactly what I requested.
