Greetings and a joyous welcome to the world of dancing! My given name is Natalie Duke and I originate from Chattanooga, TN. Dancing has been a part of my existence since birth. I honed my skills at the Chattanooga Center for Creative Arts and later studied Choreography at Columbia College Chicago. Additionally, I have been a competitive dancer and professional instructor at Fred Astaire Dance Studios for more than a decade. In 2020, I fulfilled my lifelong dream by relocating to Hendersonville and opening my own dance studio.
I find immense pleasure in guiding novices through the process of learning to dance, making it seem effortless. I aspire to assist others in improving themselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially. Therefore, if you desire to enrich your life in these ways, I would be honored to help. My husband and I enrolled in classes at the Hendersonville Fred Astaire Dance studio. Our instructors, Natalie and Joe Joe, made our lessons enjoyable and thrilling! They motivated us to push ourselves to the limits and pursue our dreams in dancing. We made great progress by putting our hearts and minds into our lessons. Upon my arrival at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, I possessed no knowledge of dancing whatsoever. Upon being warmly greeted by Natalie, she inquired what my dancing aspirations were. I relayed that I aspired to learn the beautiful art of waltzing. Promptly, she assured me that I would be able to dazzle on the dancefloor following the conclusion of the session. As expected, I mastered the rudimentary steps of not only waltzing, but also Foxtrot and Hustle. Throughout the process, Natalie proved to be a humorous and understanding mentor, enabling me to remain calm and composed. I cannot praise her and her team highly enough. Significantly, the experience proved to be a fun and engaging opportunity that enabled me to expand my skillset and make valuable acquaintances.

For more than a year, I have been dancing here with various instructors, and what I admire is how they pay attention to my feedback on what has proved effective for me in the past (since resuming dance after a five-year absence).
