Frankie Flooring Pro recently refinished the hardwood floors in my stairway, hallway, and three bedrooms. I was impressed with how quickly Frankie responded to my request for an estimate. He arrived at my home, evaluated the floors, and provided me with a digital quote on the spot. After receiving several other quotes, he followed up with a text message that convinced me to hire him. Due to the fact that they were painted over 50 years ago and covered in carpet, my floors were difficult to refinish. With a team of two, Frankie worked tirelessly on the never-sanded, 110-year-old floors to reveal the stunning Douglas Fir wood beneath. Additionally, the crew demolished an office area to level out the floors. The most challenging task was sanding the stairs and removing the old paint. Frankie had to create a mixture of stains to blend the colors correctly because the dark stain had left rectangular marks in the center of each stair. Throughout the process, Frankie was patient and respectful, answering any questions or concerns I had with a calm and helpful demeanor. He always took the time to explain why certain procedures needed to be carried out in a specific way. Before leaving each day, the work area was cleaned up and left spotless. I am thrilled with the final outcome and intend to hire Frankie Flooring Pro again for future projects.
